Q: How long does shipping take?

 

​A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you're located within the United States, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 15 business days. If you're located outside the United States, you can expect your order to arrive within 10 to 30 business days or more, depending on your location and any customs or import processing times. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

 

Refunds

 

Q: What is the refund policy

 

A: At our company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide us with a photo of the damage. Once we have confirmed the damage, we will process a refund or replacement for the product.

Please note that in order to qualify for a refund, we must receive notification of the damage within 7 days of the product being received. We do not require the return of the damaged product, but we may ask for the product to be returned in certain circumstances.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes accidents happen. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
